- The German terms of use are the legally binding version.

- This is not an automatically renewing technical subscription.
- There is no automatic renewal and no automatic recurring billing.

1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the RDM VoteBot service, including Discord bot features, vote tracking, token accounting, shop functions, reward delivery, and related web interfaces.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their Discord server setup, DayZ server setup, selected shop items, reward configuration, user permissions, and compliance with applicable platform rules and law.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their configuration, reward economy, communication with players, and use of the service comply with the applicable rules of Discord, Steam, Bohemia Interactive, DayZ, voting platforms, and any other relevant third-party services.
3. Fair use and abuse
The service must not be used for abuse, manipulation, illegal activity, unauthorized access, or attacks against third-party systems. The provider may restrict or suspend access in such cases.
4. Availability
The provider aims to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, platform outages, hosting issues, or third-party API changes may affect operation.
5. Paid annual access and manual renewal
The RDM VoteBot service may be provided against payment of an annual service fee. The fee grants access to the agreed service features for a fixed access period of 12 months from activation, unless a different period has been agreed individually.
The annual access is not a technical subscription with automatic recurring billing. There is no automatic renewal and no automatic debit for a following year. Continued use after the end of the current access period requires a new manual booking, agreement, and payment.
Payment is due before activation or extension of access. If no new payment is made for a following period, the access may expire or be disabled after the current access period ends. The provider does not operate a reminder or collection process for unpaid following periods.
The annual fee is a service fee for the provision and operation of the RDM VoteBot service for server or community operators. It is not a direct sale of in-game items, in-game currency, or direct gameplay advantages to individual players. Customers remain responsible for designing their own rewards and server economy in a legally compliant and platform-compliant manner.
If the customer does not use the service, stops operating their community, changes their server concept, or no longer needs the service during an already activated access period, this does not create a claim for a full or partial refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Liability
The service is provided for community and server management purposes. Liability is limited according to applicable law and the German terms. Customers remain responsible for their own server economy and rewards.
7. Data and privacy
Data processing is described in the privacy policy: https://www.r3drum.de/VoteBot/privacy.html.
